We’re looking for volunteers to support our Everyone‑A‑Reader (EAR) program, a volunteer-based tutoring initiative developed by the San Diego County Office of Education to help students who need extra reading support. Volunteers work one‑on‑one with young readers to build decoding skills, reading comprehension, and self‑confidence, throughout the school year.

 

We’re also seeking someone to spearhead the program this year—helping coordinate schedules, support volunteers, and partner with our leads to keep EAR running smoothly.
